ICE event at our Regensburg site on October 8\, 2026.\nDevelopment in a sp

processes. In the contextof Automotive SPICE\, however\, these topics rece

? With a focus on the application\, implementation\, and assessment of pro

DESCRIPTION:Brief description\nTopic 1: ASPICE 4.0's 'Communicate Agreed' B
Ps (SYS.2.BP6\, SWE.1.BP6\, etc.) are read very differently in the field -
some accept a shared file or silent inbox\, others demand formal sign-off
and a baseline. Annex C.6 actually defines 'agreed' as joint understandin
g among affected parties\, not formal approval\; but when upstream artifac
ts feed downstream work\, a baseline (or equivalent controlled state) is t
he most effective safeguard for consistency and change impact. This sessio
 n distinguishes the four levels - simple sharing\, joint understanding\, f
ormal approval\, and baseline - and asks: what is the minimum bar for 'Com
municate Agreed'\, and how do we keep downstream work aligned when upstrea
m changes? \nTopic 2: Generative AI now shapes work products across every
phase of the V-model\, and polished output no longer reliably signals proc
ess capability. This raises three questions for ASPICE: is the artifact re
al engineering evidence\, can the author be held accountable\, and are AI-
specific risks (hallucinations\, missing quantities\, superficial traceabi
lity\, IP leakage) under process control? This session argues the assessme
nt axis has shifted from 'did they use AI?' to 'is that use controlled?'\,
  and proposes a four-axis frame - artifact quality\, human verification &
accountability\, tool reliability & control\, and confidentiality & IP com
pliance - with each finding mapped to concrete PA/BP consequences. Attende
es leave with a shift toward comprehension-testing interview questions and
  a checklist v1.0 for their organizations.\n\nOrganization\n\nHost: VWAY\n

DESCRIPTION:Brief description\nThe VDA Automotive SPICE® Guideline defines
a large number of rating rules our own count from the 2nd edition is 258 r
ules\, of which 40 impose an upper limit on a rating. They are unevenly di
stributed: some processes carry more than 20 rules\, others only one. Seve
ral rules are also chained\, so the rating of one indicator mechanically c
onstrains another.\nAssessors do not work from memory\; they consult the G
uidelines. Even so\, applying the relevant rules completely and consistent
ly under time pressure is a different task from knowing them. This session
sets out to observe\, with the participants themselves as the sample\, ho
w much variation actually occurs and to discuss where that variation is le
gitimate professional judgment and where it is simply a missed step.\nIn a
ctual projects\, as Configuration\, Problem\, and Change are managed acros
 s various tools and organizations\, operational gaps persist\, such as a l
ack of traceability between changes and deliverables\, limitations in the
systematic management of issues and problems\, and the manual collection o
f evidence immediately prior to assessment.\nUltimately\, the core issue i
s not that the Automotive SPICE® process is absent\, but that there is a l
ack of an operational system capable of consistently executing and control
ling the defined process in actual business operations.\nTherefore\, we in
tend to discuss ways to embed the Automotive SPICE® process into actual bu
siness workflows through IT services for SPICE\, and to secure end-to-end
traceability and evidence between problems\, changes\, and configurations
 during business operations.\n\nOrganization\n\nHost: SPID CO.\, LTD.\nOrga

DESCRIPTION:Brief description\nGate4SPICE is a must attend event focused on
transforming engineering experience into sus-tainable excellence in the e
ra of AI and Soft-ware-Defined Vehicles. This edition will explore how les
sons learned and problem solving experiences can be transformed into preve
ntive actions\, while positioning Automotive SPICE 4.0 beyond traditional
compliance - as a governance backbone for trustworthy\, traceable and cont
inuously improving engineering. The event will examine how ASPICE 4.0 and
Machine Learning Engineering can enable AI-driven\, connected and software
-defined vehicles and how Agentic AI can transform ASPICE compliance from
periodic\, evidence based assessments into continuous and intelligent engi
neering assurance. A dedicated workshop\, “From Findings to Foresight: Con
verting Experience into Preventive Excellence” will bring participants tog
ether in six groups to explore real world challenges\, share experiences a
nd identify practical approaches for preventing recurring issues. Designed
for ASPICE assessors and engineering professionals\, the event offers act
